The Challenge:

Microsoft wanted to offer a gift to18k new employees joining the company when it acquired Nokia's handset division to help personnel from the two companies integrate into a single team. 

TCO Solution:

We created a keepsake for employees. The book celebrated the ways the two giants changed the world and what drives their teams to innovate.  An animated video brought the book to life and its messages were also spread in a seven-language poster series. The book was delivered on 'Day One' of the union to all Nokia handset employees across the world.
