Accenture's research has revealed that Women who up-skill in digital can open up and fast track life choices that help them close the gender pay gap.
They wanted to create a content series of fresh and surprising stories that would attract tech people into a career in consulting while continuing Accentures efforts to achieve a gender balanced workforce by 2025.
The campaign had to generate and sustain interest beyond the launch on International Women's day.
